 signed to provide a cutting edge yet practical approach to the clinica
 l applications of MRI and CT. Topics include neuroimaging, peripheral 
 and cardiac angiography, body imaging, and musculoskeletal application
 s of CT and MR. Principles of image display and basic post processing 
 will be demonstrated with interactive workstation presentations throug
 hout the program. Emphasis of this meeting is on the practical clinica
 l uses of new technologies. Faculty members have been selected for the
 ir teaching ability, as well as their expertise.\n\nTARGET AUDIENCE\n\
 nThis CME activity is primarily intended and designed to educate diagn
 ostic imaging physicians who perform and interpret MRI and CT examinat
 ions. It should also be useful in educating referring physicians who o
 rder MRI and CT procedures, as well as radiologic technologists.\n\nED
 UCATIONAL OBJECTIVES\n\nAttendees should, at the completion of this co
 urse, be able to:\n\nCompare the use of CT and MRI in the evaluation o
 f various neurologic, body and angiographic applications.\nCompare the
  clinical indications for CT and MR imaging for acute stroke.\nDiscuss
  current safety regulations and guidelines as they apply to imaging co
 ntrast administration.\nAssess patients with a variety of cardiac and 
 vascular abnormalities using both MRI and CT.\nDevelop clinical protoc
 ols for effective use of MR and CT in the evaluation of the cardiovasc
 ular system.\nDiscuss state-of-the-art CT Colonoscopy imaging and revi
 ew protocols.\nImplement state of the art imaging protocols and techni
 ques for the musculoskeletal system into clinical practice.\n\nNo spec
