Gastric heterotopia 1
Lucent spot on the liver shadow is amazing, and stomach is not standing in its ordinary site below the left diaphragm.

Liver is normally right sided but the stomach is on the right, otherwise it would be situs inversus! This is only gastric heterotopia. Thanks for the comment.
