Thanks for the link in wikipedia Norah. Any GI radiology text-book has its own chapter on the subject also.

Dear Norah,
In ordinary Hiatus Hernia it is the fundus of the stomach which is herniated but in this one the antrum is herniated instead of fundus, and so it looks a bit unusual! isn't it?
