I want to measure volume on DICOM images. None of the workstations we have, has that software.
I'm trying to find a software for that but it seems that there is none currently.

can anyone help me.

I thought all 3D software could measure volume. Anyway.. contact me. We are a stand alone 3D CT/MRI reconstruction company that can do your reconstructions for you or just do your volume measurements on a case by case basis.

Are you trying to do manual segmentation or automatic segmentation (gray/white or anatomic structure?)? MR or CT? 2D or 3D? A ton of people have software for this purpose they will sell you, but there are also many free options depending on your technical expertise and what you're trying to do.

For 3D manual segmentation/volumitry, my tool of choice is ITK-SNAP. For other applications it's going to depend on what you're trying to do.
