The musculoskeletal fellowship position at Tulane University is available for the 2009-2010 year. We offer a good case mix in a diverse population, including patients of the Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine. We have had a steadily increasing study volume over the past two years. Modalities include CR, 64 slice CT, and 1.5T MRI. New GE PACS is in place. Arthrography, bone biopsy, and discography are performed. The MSK service is covered by two fellowship trained radiologists.
Please mail or email cover letter and CV.

Dear all--I would say that the requirements are likely for those applicants that can obtain a VISA for US and also must be already done with formal training in their country. I am not sure if one needs to be US-licensed before applying but you likely will need be able to get a US-license.
I would send a formal email and ask Dr. Serou at the above email if you are seriously considering this fellowship. I must add that, usually MSK fellowships are in extremely high demand among US-based residency graduates so don't be discouraged if it is difficult obtaining MSK fellowships in the US. Good luck!
