Hi Pete, Do you mean complete stacks of images for CT/MRI for 3d? Hmm, that may be tough to get but what sort modalities/pathologies are you looking for? MyPacs has some good cases but they don't have entire cases either. What format do you need them in? JPG/DICOM?

but yeah.. I need regular DICOM exams.. the complete series so I can reconstruct them into 3D myself. I am looking for the cool factor right now because I am working on a poster in the hopes the referring docs at my clients realize the facilites are now able to do these kinds of studies. I mostly deal with facilites that are small and while they may have a spiral CT they can't afford the workstations or the staff training isn't there for them to do the reconstrucitons. Those kinds of places are usually the smaller hospitals who bought a used scanner or imaging centers that just opened.

I sign the facilities up but they really do no tmarket the exams so if there is something there the referring docs look at perhaps they will order a few of these exams?

And yes.. I do know these things are hard to get. There is a site over at Osirix but I have already been through their stuff. I am especially looking for a thoracic aneurysm right now. There is one at Osirix but it's not so obvious as the the abdominal one I posted. It's tough when a bid'ness just opens but with time we'll get there. Especially with places and people like you guys here.
