HI PHIL what's about radiology in UK
Is it a competive work?
What's about opportunity in the accademic area
I heard that in UK there is a strong necessity for doctors, is it true?

Hi...... what's your opinion about the case that i submitted (IL MAL DELLA PIETRA)?
The patient is 27 year old, with history of horseshoe kidney. He went to the urologist for 1 mounth lasting back pain. An XR examination revealed the presence of lithiasis in the righ collecting system. He is now elected for calculii removal by a pyelotomy approach in open surgery.
What's your opinion about the right ureter? The abnomal dilatation (with the maxium diameter oriented trasversally) could be linked with VU reflux (the patient still was not studied with functional cystography).
I've got many other images of this study......ask if you need.
Thank you GIPO
